You Can't Beat This Location! - This beautiful apartment is located opposite the Port of Airlie Marina, just a few minutes walk to your Whitsunday Day Trip! Or an easy, flat 10minute walk into the main street of Airlie Beach, this location is just perfect!

With incredible Views over Port of Airlie Marina and the Coral Sea Beyond this is the holiday apartment for you!

Plenty of space for two couples or a family of 4 with two bedrooms, ensuite to master and second bathroom. Double Sofa Bed in the Lounge Room. Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout for your comfort. A fully equipped kitchen means you can prepare a beautiful meal to enjoy on the balcony whilst watching the ships sail into the Marina, or with the main street just 800m away, take your pick of one of Airlie's many restaurants.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

  We enjoyed staying at Phil's is a very well appointed place with everything you could possibly need. Only thing I would mention is that the Sofa Bed is not suitable for sleeping dont rely on this as an extra bed. Other than that this is a very good place to stay and great value for money.

  The rental itself is a lovely place to stay with nice, tidy rooms and bathrooms. The lounge, dining and balcony are the true stars of this apartment. Art painted by a local artist adorns the wall which gives it a lovely homey-but-on-holiday feel. The location is very central and an easy walk into town. It was a great place to stay. What let down our stay was the lack of communication and ineptitude of the booking agent. We were meant to stay elsewhere and had it booked for 2 years only to get a call 2 weeks out to say it had been cancelled and that it wasn’t their problem to help us find somewhere else. That did appear to be just one person as someone else at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals helped us book another spot and was lovely. I’d almost forgiven their earlier transgression when I received 5 phone calls from different members of the rental agency requesting payment when I had proactively already called and been told the payment system was down and not to worry as it could be sorted on arrival. This after paying the full amount owing for the other property and being refunded. It was so frustrating. Then, when we arrived, that frustration melted away. How could it not in Airlie Beach? Whitsunday Holiday Rentals - please improve your communication to customers. You’re the lucky host to so many great properties and it was so disappointing to go through such a rigmarole.

  Stunning spacious modern apartment that was so clean! Very close to centre 3/4 minutes in taxi 20 minute walk. Cant thank the staff enough who were so helpful when we had a disaster and were stuck in the airport for hours they went out to get us groceries to leave in the apartment. Also on hand the whole time with any questions we had. Would love to come back!
