The Space
This fully refurbished property makes a big statement with its brilliant exterior set against the bright blue Coral Sea glistening at it's front door. Enter through the double iron gated doors that take you straight into the top floor of this amazing property.
First floor consists of a large office/family room and 2 double bedrooms with spectacular water views from both bedrooms. This level also has a bathroom with twin sinks.
Second Floor - As soon as you make your way down the timber staircase this is where you get to see the stand-out feature of this property, Its Views!! This light-filled and clean white space emanates beach-style living which is just what you want to help you shut off from the world and have a relaxing stay. Towards the left of the dining area is the third bedroom with 2 single beds this bedroom also has access on to the large wrap-a-round balcony. The well-equipped kitchen features an oven/cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of storage and bench space. Just perfect for large family meals. The lounge area seamlessly integrates with the dining area and all the furniture is designed with comfort in mind. Large glass doorways lead out onto a massive balcony with stunning views over Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands beyond. This is a fantastic area to enjoy a BBQ with alfresco dining and drinks with great company. This level also has a second bathroom and a fully equipped laundry.
Third floor consist of a self contained unit that includes 1 double bedroom with a queen bed, lounge room with smart TV, kitchenette, bathroom and not forgetting large sparkling swimming pool.
