This two bedroom, two bathroom property is a duel key apartment with a 1 bedroom studio apartment and a 1 bedroom fully self contained apartments. This duel key property has plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the heart of Airlie Beach. Located just off the main street its just a 5 minute leisurely stroll into town where you can sit and relax at one of the many bars, restaurants and cafes.

This apartment complex has a pool and from the spacious balcony you can sit and enjoy the tropical breezes, with sea glimpses and perhaps bird song amongst the beautiful garden areas within the complex.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, and space for indoor dining as well as table and chairs outside for alfresco dining. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and the bathroom is a great size incorporating a shower with a full size bath bath.

The studio apartments is equipped with a kitchenette, outdoor alfresco dining, a second bathroom and a laundry.

If its peace and quiet you are after, with the night life just down the road, then Waterlily is the place to stay.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

    Very clean and beautifully presented accommodation close to everything! It had everything we needed and just a quick stroll to town so didn't have to use the car very much at all. The kitchen was well equipped for when we wanted to cook. Booking was a breeze with updated information relayed to us quickly.

    but didn't like the stairs to the apartments especially after requesting no stairs. Arlie it self is a great spot if you are into boating and water spots. Very hilly and not really suitable for elderly persons.

    Arlie Beach was so much fun for our family. We really enjoyed staying at the Waterlily apartment. It worked really well for us and our teenage kids with two separate spaces. We made use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was great as we could walk to the grocery and liquor store or any restaurants on the main strip.

    Great place to stay, very close to the Main Street full of restaurants etc only a 10 minute walk (or less). It was nice and quite considering we were so close to everything. Easy and stress free check ins/out and shuttle pick ups. Everything was clean! Would recommend staying here and would 100% stay here again!

    Staying with my adult daughter. Expecting a 2 bedroomed apartment but 1 front door and into 2 separate apartments - brilliant!

    Separate bathrooms and kitchens (I’m an early riser so perfect for my early morning coffee). Kept our “apartment” doors open (main door closed and locked - so 1 large space.

    Loved the shampoo and conditioner so much I’ve bought them now I’m back in the UK.

    Loved my balcony and watching the morning parrots.

    Easy walk to the lagoon and town and Woolworths.

    Clean and in very good condition.

    There are steps up to the apartment in case anyone has mobility concerns. Hot tub is not in use (in main apartment) but not a problem for us as not expecting it plus there is a pool.
