From the moment you enter the apartment you will be captivated by the glorious ocean views and a feeling of serenity of the natural light filled open plan design.

This homely apartment boasts a well-appointed interior, including a full size kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric cooktop, full size fridge and breakfast bar.  The combined lounge and dining area open onto the large deck area were you can take in the spectacular views and cool ocean breezes while enjoying a cool glass of wine.

Both bedrooms are spacious and have built in robes, the master with ensuite and glass sliding doors leading to the deck

As an extra bonus, the main bathroom includes a large corner spa with overhead shower.

This apartment also offers a large built in office space, so if you are on a working holiday there is plenty of room to combine work and play.

Eagles Nest On Airlie is on the top floor, has a complex pool for all to enjoy, the apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fan to ensure comfort all year round.  There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and undercover car parking for 1 vehicle.

Conveniently located only five minutes’ walk to the Port of Airlie and the main street where you can enjoy the Lagoon Pool, specialty shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and Airlie’s famous night life.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

  Great location just a short walk from the main street of Airlie, with sweeping views. Large living and kitchen area, roomy balcony, 2 bedrooms - 1 ensuite and laundry. General condition is very good. The bathrooms are looking a bit tired, but they are clean and functional. Just a short stroll across the road from the Colonial Palms whose restaurant is great for dinner and breakfast. Property managers at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals were excellent with clear communication and prompt responses to any queries.
  Would stay again and would happily recommend to others.

  For a great home base in Airlie, this is your place. Close enough to the main town but far enough away to have quiet and serenity. The views are amazing and condo was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the layout of the unit with the desk area positioned so you could enjoy the beautiful view while working there. The management staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Their communications are awesome before, during and after our stay. One very nice touch was the AC was on when we arrived in the heat of the summer day, that was sooooo appreciated. Also, they were willing to store our luggage while we went on an island adventure. This is A++ customer service, book now, you won't be disappointed.

  We had a wonderful time in Airlie Beach with this great and functional apartment as our base. It was clean and the living areas were spacious and welcoming. The view from the verandah in the early mornings and evening was a lovely way to start and end the day. It’s located an easy walk to the main shopping strip and beach, close to the marinas for all the water activities and had was well equipped with beach towels etc. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

  It is not often that a place looks as good as the pictures, but this place does! Great view and sea breeze, great location (close enough to town to be a 5 min drive or a flat walk, yet out of town far enough to be quiet. Huge kitchen, extremely spacious living area. All spotlessly clean. The only draw back was the stairs, so not for the frail or injured.
  The staff at property management were very helpful and lovely to deal with.
  I will hapily rent this apartment again.

  Checking was very easy and convenient. Communication was excellent and super helpful. Location is perfect, especially if you're planning boat trips out from the marina. Only a 5/10min easy walk to town. Not sore what "hill' everyone else is talking about?? Maybe there's another route into town we didn't know about....
  Place has an amazing water view, was comfortable and has all you'd need. My daughter loved the little pool too. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

  The place was amazing. Better than the pictures showed. Had everything we needed. Close to port of airlie and a 10-15 minute walk into town.
  Only bad thing is that the road is very steep, but that elevation just makes the views that much better. We didn’t want to leave!

  We had 21 days at the Eagles nest in July 22. Its 15 minutes walk into town or 5 minutes drive. A tad hilly to access and 3 flights of stairs, but the view makes it worth while. The main room is well sized with a comfortable bed and the second room will suit 1/2 youngsters. The lounge is spacious with a large couch, a nice sized newish TV and nice dining table and chairs. The balcony is big with frequent Cockatoos as visitors. The Kitchen is generally well kitted out, though no Teapot and a few too many opshop glasses and mugs. Could also do with a few more bowls. good sized fridge and handy washing machine and drier. The Bedroom has AC that also has heating, which we needed this year! there is a carpark downstairs and a pool that no one uses as it is not heated, but is clean if you are brave. No neighbour noise.
  
  Our takeaway impression though is very much that view. it becomes more addictive with each day that passes...

  The apartment was exceptional in location and cleanliness, would surely recommend this apartment to anyone heading to Airley beach and would like to really state that we normally stay at apartments and most of them give supply in very limited stock like dishwasher liquid or other supplies which runs out on the very first day, but this apartment we never ran out of any supplies, this is not something which most consider but its sometimes the small things that makes a great holiday!!
