Set over two stories of elevated living, Airlie Sea-Clusion offers the perfect getaway for families, get togethers with friends or just to escape and unwind with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

The open plan style kitchen and living area upstairs, flows out onto spacious balconies with breathtaking views. Relax in your pool with a sparkling ocean backdrop or enjoy dining on the deck watching the gentle lights of the marina glisten on the bay.

Featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry, fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout for a fresh beach vibe. The downstairs bedroom includes it's own self contained kitchenette, bathroom and living space. Nestled in a quiet part of Airlie Beach but still only a stroll to the main street, marina, shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

  property is beautiful in a very great location . stunning views close walk into town ,great for 8 people comfortably . probably would suggest some cutlery and crockery toaster and kettle for the downstairs self contained bedroom / bathroom as it is separate from upstairs ! would definitely recommend the property and a thankyou to michelle for the great communication and easy checkin / checkout process was a really great stay 🤗

  We absolutely loved staying in Sea-clusion. Great location, even though up the steep hill was easy enough for us and quite quick. Minimal whinging from kids. Pool made it easy to come home and continue in holiday mode.

  House is on a quiet street, was very clean, well presented and has a great view. There were a couple of issues with one of the air conditioners and the gas running out but Whitsunday Holiday Rentals resolved the issues straight away. The kids loved the pool and the large balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

  We booked Sea Clusion as it catered for 3 couples, 2 with children. The self contained unit downstairs worked well for this. There is only outside access for this. The upstairs is split leveled. The kitchen is well kitted out and the fans and air conditioning are great.
  We had a light bulb go out in the bathroom which was fixed quickly. The beds are comfortable. Communication was easy. We enjoyed having the little pool with the children.

  Our family loved Airlie Sea-Clusion. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the amazing view. My 7 year old son loved the pool. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A couple of things to note: the house is walking distance to town but there is a very steep walk up the street and up the drive way to the house. If you aren't fit or have health concerns you might like to consider a hire car.

  We visited as an extended family group for a long weekend. The property was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to town or a cheap taxi trip if you don’t feel like walking. The property is on a hill with a steep driveway and stairs so may be difficult for some people. Having a local contact to contact for the property was a comfort. Overall a lovely property to stay at.
